My name is Lu and sport is an integral part of my life - especially women's football, which led me to a deeper interest in healthy movement, rehabilitation and functional work with the body.
After knee surgery, I got into spiral movement systems, which helped me regenerate my body and improve performance. Gradually, I began to specialize in the GOATA system, WeckMethod Rope and other methods based on natural biomechanics. Today, I dedicate myself to leading training sessions focused not only on strengthening the body, but mainly on correcting movement patterns, improving stability, mobility and preventing pain.

I am Roman Karaffa, a certified fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience, focusing mainly on weight loss and healthy nutrition.
