Visitor Rules Well&Fit Fitness

A Visitor is a Member, Guest, Multisport Card Holder, or any other individual who enters the Fitness facilities.

A Member means any individual who has entered into a Service and Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") with Bohemia Properties a.s. (the "Company"). For the purposes of these Operating Rules, "Member" also includes individuals who are granted the status of Member pursuant to an Agreement between the Company and a third party for their benefit, as well as individuals who are entitled to use the Fitness Services as Guests.

For the purposes of these Operating Rules, a Guest means an individual staying at a hotel operated by Bohemia Properties a.s. who uses the Fitness Services as part of their stay.

A Multisport Card Holder means any physical person who presents his or her Multisport card and ID upon entering the Club.

  1. Services and facilities 

Visitors of the Fitness Centre can use the following services: gym, cardio zone, changing rooms, showers and other services according to the current offer.

  • Information about the services and facilities included in each type of membership are available in the Fitness area, on the Well&Fit Sport Centre website www.wellfitduo.cz and on request from the Company.

 

  1. Responsibility and safety
  • The Visitor is obliged to comply with the Club's Operating Rules and the instructions of the Company and its employees or other people providing the Services on behalf of the Company (including instructors and trainers) when using the Services. The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur to the Visitor as a result of the Visitor's failure to follow such procedures or instructions of the Company, its employees, instructors or coaches. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to health or property caused by the Visitor's intentional actions, negligence or overestimation of physical abilities.
  • The company is not responsible for valuables. We recommend using the hotel safe at the Hotel Duo reception.
  • Persons aged 15 and older are allowed to enter the Fitness Centre independently.
  • Persons aged 13–14 may enter only with the written consent of a legal guardian.
  • Persons under 12 years of age can enter only accompanied by a trainer or under the supervision of an authorized adult. Children are not allowed to move freely in the Fitness Center, must be constantly supervised by an adult and must not disrupt the safety or comfort of other visitors. Otherwise, for the child and his or her legal guardian may be denied entry. For the child's health is fully responsible his or her parent or legal guardian.
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter the Fitness area under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances. Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
  • It is prohibited to bring food and drinks that could cause injury, health risk, or damage the equipment into all areas of the Fitness center.

  1. Fitness Code of Conduct
  • Entry to the Fitness Center is permitted only after paying the entrance fee according to the current price list.
  • Entry to the Fitness Center is allowed in clean, closed-toe sports shoes or socks. For safety reasons, we recommend exercising in closed-toe shoes. Appropriate sportswear, including a T-shirt, is required for exercise. The locker room is used exclusively for changing clothes and storing belongings.
  • Visitors are obliged to behave during their presence in the Fitness Center in the manners that will not restrict other Visitors from using its facilities and services. In the event of inappropriate, aggressive, or vulgar behavior towards other Visitors or employees, the Company reserves the right to expel such a client.
  • When exercising, the Visitor is responsible for his or her own health and safety and the safety of all other people in the Fitness Center to avoid any injury or damage to the equipment. For safety reasons, the Visitor is obliged to immediately report any defects found in the equipment or damage of the Fitness area to the Hotel Duo reception staff.
  • Always check that the exercise machine or equipment is safely ready for use.
  • Placing items (e.g. towels) in order to block the machines while they are in use is prohibited. The client allows access to the machine to all other clients.
  • For hygiene reasons, Visitors are required to use a towel in the Fitness area to support themselves on all used areas, exercise machines and benches.
  • The Visitor is obliged to clean all used tools and equipment after each use of exercise equipment, exercise bikes and other aids.
  • The Visitor is obliged to compensate all damage to the Company's property caused by improper use of the fitness area.
  • Animals, including dogs, are not allowed in the fitness area for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • A first aid kit is available in the reception area of ​​the Hotel Duo, which is open 24 hours a day. It is equipped according to applicable regulations and along with the services provided.
  • The Client undertakes the rule not to use the Fitness facilities for commercial purposes, i.e. in particular to charge other Clients any fees for personal supervision during training or similar services without the specific consent of the operator. The creation of any content for commercial purposes is also prohibited. In case of violation of this provision without prior consent, the Visitor is obliged to pay a fine of up to CZK 10,000.
  • The Fitness center is equipped with a CCTV system, monitored in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (referred to as the "GDPR"). Recordings are stored for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted. The operator has the right to use the recordings for security purposes.

 

  1. Final Establishments

The Company is entitled to unilaterally amend or supplement these Operating Rules at any time. The amended or supplemented Operating Rules shall enter into force on the date of their publication in the Fitness premises. The current version of the Operating Rules is always available and published in the Fitness Center, on the website of the Well&Fit Sport Centre www.wellfitduo.cz and upon request from the Company.

  • The Company reserves the right to close the Fitness Center or its part for a limited period of time in order to carry out necessary repairs, maintenance or in case of a private event. The Company will announce the closure of the Fitness Center or its part sufficiently in advance.
  • Each visitor is obliged to comply with the valid Visiting and Operating Rules.

Visitor rules of Well&Fit Wellness

Premises: Wellness Centre Hotel Duo, Teplická 492, Prague 9 (hereinafter referred to as the “operator”)

 

These visitor regulations  (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) are binding on all visitors to the Wellness Centre at Hotel Duo (hereinafter referred to as the “Wellness Centre”). The Regulations set out the basic rights and obligations of visitors as well as the operational safety requirements. They  are available at the reception and on the website www.wellfitduo.cz.

The Regulations are divided into Part I (General Part) and Part II (Sectional Part). Both parts form an integral whole.

I. GENERAL PART

1. BASIC ENTRY RULES

  1. Each visitor (“Client”) is obliged to familiarise themselves with these Regulations and comply with them throughout their visit. The Client is obliged to follow the instructions of the wellness centre staff.
  2. Entry to the Wellness Centre is only permitted during opening hours (daily 7:00–22:00). Any changes will be posted at the entrance and on the website.
  3. Entry is managed via reception. The Client receives a chip wristband (hereinafter referred to as the “Wristband”), which is used to record services consumed and to access individual facilities. The Wristband is the property of the operator; in case of loss, a fee of CZK 200 is charged.
  4. Payments for the services provided may be made exclusively by cashless means using a payment card. The Operator does not accept cash payments.
  5. Valuables (such as cash, documents, electronics, jewellery, keys, etc.) must be stored exclusively in the designated lockable lockers or safes at the reception. The operator is liable for valuables stored in such lockers or safes only to the extent required by law. If a loss occurs as a result of unauthorised actions by a third party that could not have been prevented even with the exercise of all due care and appropriate security measures, the operator’s liability is excluded. The operator does not accept responsibility for valuables exceeding CZK [20,000], unless such items were declared in writing and accepted for safekeeping by the operator.
  6. Before entering the changing rooms, remove your shoes; store footwear in a locker. Move around barefoot or in clean non-slip beach footwear. There is an increased risk of slipping throughout the Wellness Centre – exercise increased caution.
  7. Before entering the pool, whirlpool, saunas and steam bath, a shower without swimwear, using soap, is mandatory. Please use the shower gel or soap provided in the showers.
  8. Children aged 1–15 may only enter when accompanied by a person over 18, who is responsible for them at all times. From the age of 15, entry is permitted independently.
  9. Entry is prohibited for persons with symptoms of infectious disease or with open or bleeding wounds. Entry under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances is strictly prohibited.
  10. The consumption of food and drink, smoking, and the use of glass or sharp objects are prohibited throughout the Wellness Centre.
  11. The Client must immediately report any injury or indisposition to the staff. A first aid kit is available at the Wellness reception. An AED is available at the front office reception in the lobby. Staff will provide first aid and, if necessary, call emergency services (EMS 155).
  12. Lost and found: hand over found items immediately at reception. Forgotten items are recorded and stored for 30 days.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

  1. Photography is only permitted outside the sauna and relaxation areas and only with respect for the privacy of other guests.
  2. The Client is obliged to report defects and violations of the Regulations at the reception.
  3. The Client is responsible for properly locking their locker/safe and for careful handling of the wristband. The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to items left outside designated areas. The operator is liable for items stored in properly locked lockers only to the extent required by law. If a loss occurs as a result of unauthorised actions by a third party that could not have been prevented even with the exercise of all due care, the operator’s liability is excluded.
  4. Staying in the Wellness Centre and participating in any sports or relaxation activities is entirely at the Client’s own risk, except in cases where damage occurs due to proven negligence of the operator or its employees.
  5. The Client is responsible for property damage caused intentionally or through negligence and is obliged to pay for such damage.
  6. The operator is entitled to refuse entry or expel from the premises any persons who violate the Regulations, without entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee.

3. PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The following activities are strictly prohibited in the Wellness Centre and pool areas: 

  • Running, shouting, jumping into the water, pushing others into the water, diving or pushing others underwater, or calling for help without reason.
  • Bringing glass and sharp objects; spitting, urinating, rinsing the mouth or nose in the water; polluting the water and premises.
  • Tampering with technologies (pumps, heating, electricity) and equipment beyond designated controls.
  • Consuming own food and beverages; smoking (including e-cigarettes); bringing personal belongings such as bags and backpacks outside designated areas.
  • Remaining on the premises outside opening hours; unauthorised use of rescue equipment and first aid supplies.
  • Entering staff-only areas (engine room, cleaning, storage).

 

II. SECTIONAL PART – SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

POOL (depth 1.6 m)

  • Entry only in clean swimwear; shower before entry is mandatory.
  • Running, jumping and diving are not allowed.
  • Swimmers are responsible for their own safety; no lifeguard is present. Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times while in the pool area.

WHIRLPOOL

  • A separate operating regulation applies to the private whirlpool, which is available to clients at the reception and in the whirlpool area. Clients are required to familiarise themselves with this regulation and comply with it.
  • Shower before entry is mandatory; recommended stay 10–15 minutes, followed by cooling down and rest.
  • Diving with the head under water is not allowed. Glass and sharp objects are prohibited.

SAUNAS AND COOLING PLUNGE POOL

  1. Entry without swimwear and without shoes; always use a towel and a sheet covering the whole body.
  2. Recommended stay 10–15 minutes; after sauna use, cool down and rest.
  3. Do not pour water on the sauna stove or use your own essences or oils. Do not tamper with or damage the equipment.
  4. In case of sudden illness or any health problems during your stay in the sauna, immediately use the emergency (SOS) button. Pressing the button triggers an alarm at the reception, where the staff will provide the necessary assistance.
  5. A shower is mandatory before using the cooling plunge pool. Showering before cooling down ensures the hygienic safety of the water and is required for all visitors.

STEAM BATH

  • Entry is permitted only in swimwear; shower before and after use is mandatory.
  • Recommended stay 10–15 minutes; followed by cooling down and rest.
  • In case of sudden illness or any health problems during your stay in the sauna, immediately use the emergency (SOS) button. Pressing the button triggers an alarm at the reception, where the staff will provide the necessary assistance.

RELAXATION ZONE AND ICE BOWL

  • Relax quietly and respect the comfort and privacy of other guests.
  • Ice is intended exclusively for cooling the body after sauna and steam bath.

CHANGING ROOMS AND LEAVING THE WELLNESS CENTRE

  • Move barefoot or in clean beach shoes in the changing rooms; store shoes and personal belongings in a locker.
  • Store valuables in safes/designated lockers at the reception.
  • Place used towels and sheets in the designated laundry bin or return them to the reception; return the wristband to the Wellness Centre reception.
