• In the sauna, you’ll warm up thoroughly and boost your immune system (there’s a large dry sauna heated to 95 °C and a smaller sauna at 70 °C)
• In the steam bath you will release tension and support muscle regeneration (the temperature in the steam room ranges from 45 to 50 °C)
• In the relaxation zone you will find the perfect spot to rest 
• During the Thai massage you will receive a professional care, which will release your tension and bring harmony to the entire body
